Shared or separate plans
A workspace can draw minutes from the parent plan or use its own subscription and invoices.
Organization workspaces
Give every channel, client, or content line its own projects, team, and usage. Share the parent plan or give the workspace separate billing—without managing a pile of disconnected logins.

Clean separation, shared control
Workspaces give networks, agencies, and studios a simple operating structure for multiple brands.
A workspace can draw minutes from the parent plan or use its own subscription and invoices.
Add people directly to the workspace they need. They never see sibling workspaces.
Members of the parent account can enter every child workspace without another invitation.
Workspace activity stays local. Parent members choose which child notifications they want.
A structure that stays understandable
The parent account is your organization-wide home. Create a child workspace for each brand, client, show, or billing entity that needs clean separation.
Parent team members can access the parent and every child workspace.
People invited to a child can access only that workspace.
Each child starts fresh with its own settings, integrations, and workflow, with either a shared plan or separate billing.

How to create a workspace
Only parent account admins can create or manage workspaces.
From the parent account, open the Workspaces page and choose Create workspace.
Add a name and image, then share the parent plan or choose separate billing and monthly minutes.
A shared-plan workspace is ready immediately. If you chose separate billing, finish its subscription setup before processing work.
Start with one workspace and add another whenever a new client, show, channel, or billing entity needs its own operating lane.
