Space bar: Start/stop playback.
Enter key: Split audio into two phrases at the cursor.
Arrow keys (Left/Right): Move the selected slider left or right.
Arrow keys (Up/Down): With the waveform selected, the up arrow plays from the beginning, and the down arrow jumps to the end.
Playback speed: Toggle using the 3-dot icon in the video player.

If more than one speaker is talking at once, you can overlap their speech sections:

Drag sliders: Drag one slider out of the edge of the slider box to start overlapping. Overlapping sections will turn orange, indicating overlap.
Use time input: Adjust the time input above the slider using the up and down arrow keys to fine-tune the overlap.
Marking clean vocals: When a video has moments of poor audio quality or overlapping speakers, you can mark a clean voice in the video to increase the quality of the same voice in other phrases. To generate cleaner voices, "unassign" the voice of some clean phrases and rename them. A Small dot will appear- Click the dot labeled "Mark as clean vocals". Next, assign that new name to the poor audio quality phrase of the same speaker.

Short pauses: Add short pauses between words by using `…` or `- -`.
Significant pauses: For longer pauses, split the phrase into two using the Enter key and adjust the sliders accordingly.

On the vocabulary page, you can add words that you don't want translated and create custom translations for specific words or phrases.

Keep words untranslated: If you want certain words, like brand names, to stay in the original language, use “quotation marks” around them.
Spell out words: For clarity, spell out words letter by letter (e.g., B-I-N-G-O).
Non-translated portions: If you don't want a portion of the video translated, use the three dots next to the phrase to remove it. Make sure the waveform edges don't overlap the audio you want to keep as-is.

Slow down: Adjust the waveform bars to slow down the speaking rate.
Still too fast?: If a phrase is still too fast, copy it, remove unnecessary words or spaces, and paste the shortened version back in.

"Too Slow" warning: If you see a "Too Slow" warning, adjust the translated text to match the speaker's timing. For long pauses, add dashes `- -` or dots `…` between words, or split the phrase into two before the pause.
Mislabelled speakers: If the speakers are not labeled correctly, manually change the speaker in the dropdown at the top left of the phrase.
Two speakers in one phrase: If one phrase contains two speakers, split the phrase where the first speaker ends and assign the new phrase to the correct speaker.

Edit transcript: To edit a transcript, open the project, select the language, and click the pencil icon.
Changes to the original transcript: Editing the original language transcript will require re-rendering all other language transcripts.

Multiple languages: Your team can work on different languages simultaneously, as languages are processed independently.
Toggle language playback: To hear a different language, click the video swap icon at the top of the “edit transcript” page.

Timestamp mode: Use this mode for content that needs precise timing, like educational videos or on-screen text.
Flow mode: This mode prioritizes smooth audio playback, ideal for content where exact timing is less critical.
Both modes: Both modes will do a great job but will have a slight preference towards their respective strengths.

Add emotion: Add punctuation to convey emotion (e.g., "I’m raising my voice!!!" or "What?!").

Re-rendering after changes: Yes, when you make changes, the video will need to be re-rendered.
Mistakes in the original transcript: While you can’t edit the transcript as it’s working, you can edit the “original” language transcript which will edit the transcript in all the other languages. This will require all other language transcripts to be re-rendered.
